What is NPS and how does the widget work?

How is the score calculated?

Responses are grouped into promoters (9–10), passives (7–8), and detractors (0–6); the NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. Toimii does the math and shows the trend automatically — you just read the number.
