Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using Toimii.

Service description

Toimii provides embeddable web components (contact forms, booking widgets, order forms) and a dashboard for managing them. Components are embedded on your site with one embed snippet and deliver submissions to your dashboard.

Your account

You create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You're responsible for your account activity and for content submitted through your components.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial with full access. No credit card needed. When the trial ends, your components stop accepting submissions until you pick a paid plan.

Plans and billing

After the free trial, Toimii costs:

• 10 EUR/month + VAT — everything included. Additional locations 5 EUR/month each.
• Billed monthly. Payment processing coming soon.
• Cancel anytime. No cancellation fees.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toimii for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Collecting data for illegal purposes
• Abusing submission endpoints (automated or excessive requests)

Your data

Your data is yours. Toimii processes it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export anytime. We don't sell, share, or use your data for ads.

Component embedding

You're responsible for having the right to embed components on the sites where you place them. Toimii shows your visitors a standard privacy notice on your behalf; as the data controller, you remain responsible for making sure they're appropriately informed, and can add your own privacy policy if your use requires it.

Service availability

Toimii is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee a specific uptime SLA. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Toimii's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Toimii is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either side can end the service anytime. You have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted. Toimii may close accounts that violate these terms without notice. If Toimii is ever wound down as a whole, you'll get clear advance notice and a full export window before any data is removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
