Toimii is built and run by one person — me, Janne — as a registered sole trader in Finland (Toimii Digital, business ID 2501710-8). That's real accountability — proper invoices, VAT, and someone who answers your email personally. It also means I won't pretend to be a big company. What protects you is that you're never locked in — your data is yours, you can export it anytime, and if Toimii ever had to wind down you'd get clear advance notice and a full export window, not a service that vanishes overnight.
