Where they really differ
Your page, not a frame inside it
Jotform's recommended embed loads the form inside an iframe. The one option that isn't — pasting the raw source code — has to be re-pasted whenever you edit the form, by Jotform's own guidance. Toimii's component renders in your page's own DOM, and its snippet never changes: publish an edit, and the live page has it.
A meter that counts visitors, not just messages
Jotform's monthly limits belong to the account and cover form views as well as submissions — an embedded form counts a view every time the page around it loads, whether or not anyone writes to you. Spend either and the forms show a quota message until the cycle resets. Toimii has no view counter.

No, and it isn't close. No payment collection, no e-signatures, no HIPAA mode. Toimii is five things a small business puts on its own website — contact, booking, feedback, ordering and a pricing calculator — run from one dashboard. If the form has to take money or a signature, Jotform is the tool.
I use Jotform's conditional logic. Does Toimii?
Partly. A field or a whole section can be shown or hidden based on one earlier answer. It's a setting on the field, not a flowchart: one condition, no AND/OR, no jumping to another branch. Jotform's logic goes far past that, and if your form leans on it, stay where you are.
Can I move my Jotform forms over?
There's no importer, so you rebuild the form in the visual editor. Expect a smaller field set — no payment fields, no signature fields, no widget marketplace — and styling that comes from the theme rather than per-form CSS. Leave the old responses in Jotform as an archive and cut over at a clean date.
