Contact Form 7 only runs inside a WordPress install. Email delivery is on us, not on you
Contact Form 7 doesn't send the email itself. It hands the message to WordPress, which hands it to whatever email setup your hosting provider has. To make that reliable, most site owners end up adding an SMTP plugin and signing up with a separate delivery service like SendGrid or Mailgun, plus pointing the DNS records correctly. A real stack to assemble, and a real responsibility to keep working. With Toimii, the email vendor is us. When someone fills in a Toimii form, the submission is saved to your dashboard and given a unique ticket reference before anything else happens: before email is attempted, before any notification goes out. From there the notification can travel by email, Slack, a generic webhook, or as a push to the Toimii mobile app. Even if every channel fails, the submission can't disappear. It's already in the database, you can find it in the dashboard, and the customer can quote the reference. With Contact Form 7, the submission's only real existence is the email message itself.

Yes. The component uses Shadow DOM, so your theme's CSS can't leak in and break the styling. Colors, fonts, and rounded-corner preferences come from the visual editor, not from your stylesheet.
