Where they really differ
A web component, not an iframe
Every Typeform embed is an iframe — inline widget, popup, side tab, all of them — so the form is a separate document boxed into your page. Toimii ships a custom element instead: it renders in your page's own DOM, styled in the visual editor to match the site around it.
Your form keeps collecting
Typeform meters responses by the month, and the allowance belongs to the account — one busy form can spend it for all of them. Once it's gone, the account's forms go private and stop accepting responses until the cycle resets, unless automatic upgrades were switched on in advance. Toimii doesn't meter submissions.
More than the form
Typeform is a form and survey product. Toimii is five components run from one dashboard: contact, feedback and a pricing calculator, with booking and ordering on Toimii Pro. Each gets its own two-line snippet, but the brand styling, the submissions and the notification routing are shared.
Frequently asked
Isn't Typeform's one-question-at-a-time flow better?
It's a real strength for long surveys, and it isn't what separates the two products. Typeform can put several questions on one page; Toimii ships a chat format that reveals the same form one question at a time. The pacing isn't the dividing line — where the form lives is.
Can I migrate existing Typeform responses?
Not directly — there's no response import. The practical move is to leave the old responses in Typeform as an archive, point new traffic at the Toimii component, and switch over fully at a clean cutoff.
I use logic jumps. Does Toimii do conditional questions?
Partly. A field or a whole section can be shown or hidden based on one earlier answer. It's a setting on the field, not a flowchart: one condition, no AND/OR, no jumping to another branch. If your survey depends on branching paths, that's Typeform's job and not ours.
