Delete your Toimii account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the Toimii staff app, operated by Toimii Digital.

The fastest way — in the app

Open the Toimii app and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. This immediately removes your access and personal data from the team: your sign-in sessions and registered devices are destroyed, and your name, email, and phone number are scrubbed. To rejoin later you'll need a new invite.

If you can't open the app

If the app is no longer installed, you can still have your account removed:

• Ask your team owner to remove you — they can do this from their Toimii dashboard.
• Or email your name and the name of the business you worked for to support@toimii.io.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your name and contact details (email and phone)
• Your device registrations and push-notification tokens
• Your sign-in sessions

Submissions belong to the business and are kept by them; any notes you wrote may remain, attributed anonymously.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Any remaining copies are removed from our systems within 30 days.
