Getting started with Toimii

Sign up, create a website, add a location, design a component, paste it on your site. Five steps, usually under ten minutes.

Click the trial button on the landing page. Sign in with Google or Apple, or use email and a password. No credit card during the 30-day trial.

Add your first website

A website in Toimii is the brand context — the domain where your components will live. Enter the address (e.g. yourbusiness.com) and a short prefix used for submission reference numbers.

Add your first location

A location is the physical place a website serves — a salon, a clinic, a restaurant. Your first one is created automatically with your account, so most businesses can skip this step entirely. See below if you're curious.

Design your first component

Pick a component type (Contact, Booking, Ordering, NPS, Pricing Calculator). Edit fields, colors, and copy in the visual designer. Save and your bundle is built automatically.

Embed it on your site

Copy the two-line snippet from the component's Embed tab and paste it anywhere on your site. The form appears immediately.

Running multiple physical places

Add another location only if you run multiple places (three salons, five restaurants) and want each to have its own hours, staff, and submissions inbox. Each one shows up as a separate tab in the dashboard.

Online-only and single-location businesses

Agencies, consultancies, e-commerce, freelancers — anyone without a physical place — can ignore the concept entirely. The default location just represents your business; you'll never need to add another.

Pricing

Each extra location is 5 €/month on the paid plan. During the 30-day trial all locations are free, no matter how many you add.

Every feature works during the trial — integrations, exports, multi-location, the lot. No credit card required to start. After 30 days you can upgrade in one click or walk away with zero obligations.
