What's included
Both plans include the core capture tools, integrations, exports, dashboard analytics, and the mobile app. Toimii Pro adds Booking and Ordering, and removes the "Made with Toimii" badge. No per-seat pricing or hidden add-ons.
- 10 €/month base plan covers one website and one location, with unlimited components, submissions, and team members.
- On the paid plan, additional locations are 5 €/month each. Add or remove them anytime — billing adjusts on your next invoice. During the 30-day trial all locations are free, no matter how many you add. Single-location and online-only businesses pay the 10 €/month base and never need to think about location billing.
- Each website ships with its own location automatically, so adding a second website effectively adds a location too. Billing follows the location count across the whole account, not the number of websites.
The 30-day free trial
No credit card needed to start. Every feature works during the trial. When the trial ends you can subscribe in one click or walk away. Any unused trial days carry over to your first paid month.
VAT
No VAT is added to Toimii's prices. Toimii Digital is a small Finnish business that is not in the VAT register (Finnish VAT Act, section 3), so the price you see is the price you pay — whether you're a consumer or a business.
Your invoice has no VAT line and carries the note "Ei arvonlisäverovelvollinen (AVL 3 §)" — not VAT registered. There is no VAT for you to deduct and no reverse charge to apply, so we never ask for your VAT number. If Toimii registers for VAT later, you'll hear about it well in advance, and this page will say what changes.
Invoices
Every successful charge sends a receipt via email. Past invoices are downloadable from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the billing page.
Cancellation
Self-serve via the billing page → Manage subscription → Cancel. No phone call, no save-the-customer flow, no last-month upsells. You keep access until the end of the paid period and your data is yours to export at any time.
