Plans, locations, and billing

The pricing is intentionally simple — one number that covers everything, plus a per-location add-on for businesses with more than one place.

What's included

Every paid plan includes all features — components, integrations, mobile app, exports, dashboard analytics. No tiered Pro / Business / Enterprise upsell ladder.

  • 10 €/month base plan covers one website and one location, with unlimited components, submissions, and team members.
  • On the paid plan, additional locations are 5 €/month each. Add or remove them anytime — billing adjusts on your next invoice. During the 30-day trial all locations are free, no matter how many you add. Single-location and online-only businesses pay the 10 €/month base and never need to think about location billing.
  • Each website ships with its own location automatically, so adding a second website effectively adds a location too. Billing follows the location count across the whole account, not the number of websites.

The 30-day free trial

No credit card needed to start. Every feature works during the trial. When the trial ends you can subscribe in one click or walk away. Any unused trial days carry over to your first paid month.

EU VAT, explained

Toimii is run as a registered Finnish business, so EU VAT rules apply to all customers.

  • Consumers (B2C): VAT is charged at your country's rate, picked automatically from your billing address. Nothing for you to configure.
  • EU businesses with a valid VAT number: Reverse charge applies. Add your VAT number on the billing page; we'll validate it via VIES and issue invoices with no VAT charged.
  • Finnish businesses: Finnish VAT (25.5 %) always applies, even with a Y-tunnus — reverse charge is for cross-border EU sales only.

Invoices

Every successful charge sends a receipt via email. Past invoices are downloadable from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the billing page.

Cancellation

Self-serve via the billing page → Manage subscription → Cancel. No phone call, no save-the-customer flow, no last-month upsells. You keep access until the end of the paid period and your data is yours to export at any time.
